We worked with Norfolk & Suffolk Unlimited to develop Penny, an AI brand ambassador for their pavilion at UKREiiF 2026, held in Leeds from 19 to 21 May.
UKREiiF brings together over 16,000 local authorities, investors, infrastructure leaders and businesses to discuss growth, development and collaboration across the UK. For Norfolk & Suffolk Unlimited, it was an opportunity to present the region's strengths - across energy, shipping and logistics, agri-food and digital, on a national stage.
Penny was designed to do exactly that. Welcoming delegates, guiding them to the right conversations and answering questions about the region's projects and opportunities in real time, through natural, multilingual conversation.
As a Suffolk-based business ourselves, this one felt close to home. It was also a clear example of the range of contexts our platform now operates in - from heritage and culture to healthcare, and now investment and placemaking. The foundations are the same. The application adapts.
