Powered by 1956 Individuals, the conversational AI platform from SKC Studios, that is based at The EpiCentre in Haverhill, the avatar greeted shoppers and introduced them to Scan & Pack, the IKEA app feature that lets customers scan items as they shop and pay in seconds, with IKEA Family rewards applied automatically.

Crowning glory as SKC Studios new avatar notches regal triumph

The world’s first AI Queen has enjoyed a regal coronation at Leeds Castle in Kent, thanks to its creator - SKC Studios at The EpiCentre in Haverhill. This follows its headline making Alan Turing avatar for the home of the Enigma code breakers at Bletchley.
