Pre-Consultation Avatar interacts with patients ahead of appointments, helping clinicians build context and make better use of limited consultation time.
Together, they reflect a shift in how healthcare services manage demand, improve communication, and create more space for direct patient care.
From Concept to Clinical Relevance
Throughout the day, visitors engaged directly with the avatars at the stand, experiencing how conversational AI can operate in real-world healthcare settings. The response highlighted growing interest in practical, deployable solutions that deliver real value where the pressure is actually felt.
