Vishal Kapoor, Head of Sales Global, presented at the Pathfinder Digital Transformation Summit 2026 on 2 June, walking the room through our work with Modality Partnership to develop a Healthcare Receptionist and Pre-Consultation Avatar for NHS primary care.

The summit brought together NHS England representatives, GPs, healthcare decision-makers, med-tech start-ups, academics and thought leaders to discuss what meaningful digital transformation in primary care actually looks like.

The presentation covered how our platform is working at a system level to support operational efficiency, data integration and scalable service redesign across NHS organisations. The response was engaged, including sceptics, curious minds and those already convinced, all asking practical questions.

One moment that stood out was hearing from Anastasia Nemchuk, digital champion for surgeries in Farringdon, Oxfordshire, on the potential for conversational AI avatars to lower barriers to information in smaller, rural practices. That is exactly the kind of real-world context that sharpens how we think about where this technology can have the most impact.

The day closed with a drinks reception where attendees had the chance to engage with the avatars directly.
