The 1956 Individuals team at Museums + Heritage Show 2026.

We exhibited at the Museums + Heritage Show 2026 on 13 and 14 May, joining the sector for two days of sessions, conversations and demonstrations focused on the future of visitor experiences.

The stand stayed busy, the sessions filled up and the questions kept coming- thoughtful, practical and focused on what conversational AI looks like in real heritage contexts.

Presenting AI Queen Eleanor at Leeds Castle as a live case study generated significant interest. Not just in the experience itself, but in the process behind it - the research, the curatorial thinking and the collaboration required to build a historically credible AI avatar. That is the conversation we want to be having. The work is not automated. It is considered, collaborative and built with care.

We would like to thank Leeds Castle for the collaboration that made this possible and the SKC Studios team across creative, development and commercial for everything they put into these two days.
