1956 Individuals at Alpine Formula One HQ

In December 2025, Babita Devi, Peter Gunn, and Asa Burrows, joined an exclusive group of innovators at the Alpine Formula One Team Headquarters, invited by Microsoft to the Accelerating Agentic AI Solutions and Go-to-Market event.

The event brought together a select cohort of companies that Microsoft is championing as leaders in the next generation of agentic AI technology; solutions built around autonomy, adaptability, and real-world impact. 1956 Individuals was proud to be part of this forward-looking community, recognised for its pioneering work in ethically grounded, emotionally intelligent AI.

In addition to expert presentations and networking sessions, attendees toured the Alpine facilities, witnessing first-hand the remarkable precision and engineering discipline behind every Formula One build. From the thousands of meticulously manufactured components to the coordination of pit crews, the environment served as a reminder of how human collaboration and technology can achieve peak performance.

The highlight of the day came during the Pitstop Challenge, where Babita and Peter, partnering with another attendee, clocked an extraordinary 2.82 second tyre change, an achievement captured on video by Asa, whose commentary brought both humour and team pride to the moment. It was an exercise in precision and collaboration - the very same qualities that drive 1956 Individuals.
